- Week 1 | The Million-Dollar Mindset: This session explores how to build a scalable, self-operating business ("cookie machine") by uncovering the universal fundamentals learned through Young's journey from restaurant ownership to owning dozens of businesses.
- Week 2 | Building a Boring Business: This session reveals how to build a predictable, low-stress business that frees the owner, using a case study to demonstrate how systematic operations can lead to multi-million dollar success with minimal owner involvement, and providing actionable steps to overcome self-imposed limitations.
- Week 3 | XYZ Testing Methodology: This session teaches the XYZ testing methodology for efficient prioritization, using a case study to illustrate how to achieve rapid growth without traditional resources, while emphasizing the importance of embracing failure and focusing on strategic planning over short-term priorities.
- Week 4 & Week 5 | System 1 Product-Market Fit of an Offer: These interactive sessions apply key business principles (PMF, customer predictability, margins, fiscal visibility) through a case study, fostering audience participation to identify individual struggles and explore volunteer opportunities.
- Week 6 & Week 7 | System 2 Scaling with People: These interactive sessions apply key people management principles (merit-based compensation, skills matrices, accountability) through a case study, fostering audience participation to identify individual struggles and explore volunteer opportunities.
- Week 8 | Conclusion: Our final session addresses the balance between human behavior and data analysis, the complexities of co-ownership, and ultimately, provides a roadmap for business owners to achieve personal and professional freedom.
