You’ll be guided step-by-step through Systems 1–4 - (Product-Market Fit, People Systems, Leadership, Expansion), with a deep focus on System 1, System 2, and the Owner’s Dashboard—the levers that move a business out of chaos and into predictable growth.
You’ll meet weekly with Young and a tight cohort of eight fellow owners who are serious about change. Two additional weeks are dedicated entirely to Office Hours so you can apply everything directly to your business.
