About Young Han & Owners Club

Young Han didn't grow up around boardrooms or business school. He grew up in Oakland, watching his dad build a liquor store from nothing in a neighborhood that didn't have much of anything. That image of a man creating something from scratch, on his own terms never left him.

But wanting to build something and knowing how to build it are two different things. Young learned that the hard way. He struggled with small business early on, which pushed him to go develop harder skills at places that demanded excellence, Apple, Starbucks, venture-backed startups like Phil's and Limelight. Over the years, he built the kind of operating knowledge most founders spend decades trying to piece together on their own.

By his 40s, he had a choice to make. He could keep climbing. Or he could do what he actually wanted to do with the rest of his working life: give people a real shot at the American dream, the same one his dad chased with a small store in the ghetto of Oakland.

That's what Owners Club is built on.

Why Owners Club was born

Young believes small business ownership is one of the most powerful ways a person can enter the middle class and stay there. Not because it's easy, but because when it works, it changes how you think. You stop asking how to survive and start asking how to give back to your family, your community, your church, your neighborhood. You stop living in scarcity and start building equity that works even when you don't.

The problem is the failure rate. Most owners are passionate people but passion doesn't teach you how to run payroll, manage a team, or build a business that doesn't collapse the moment you step away. So they either burn out or never start at all.

Owners Club exists to close that gap. Young designed an operating system, one he uses himself in his own businesses, that gives owners the structure, support, and skills to lower their risk and raise their ceiling. If the only thing standing between you and the business you want to build is not knowing how to run it, that's exactly the problem Owners Club was made to solve.

Why We're Different

01

We Install Systems, Not Slideshows

We don't hand you a framework and wish you luck. We build your operating system inside your actual business and stay until it runs.

02

Proven Across Real Businesses

This isn't theory from a classroom. Our system has been tested across hundreds of companies. And our ops experts don’t just coach, they run businesses of their own.

03

Built Around You, Not a Curriculum

We diagnose your specific problem, whether you're stuck at year one or plateaued at $2M, and build a custom plan to get you unstuck.
