Challenges:

In early 2022, La Union Studio owners Sonia-Lynn Abenojar & Sergio Max Legon-Talamoni began working with Owners Club with goals to scale the  Seattle-based interdisciplinary architectural design and interiors studio. They had been previously growing their company organically, and while their referral network was strong, they were seeing a plateau in their growth and revenue benchmarks year after year.

"When we were hitting our plateau, we wanted to find what we could do differently to set us apart, showcase value more strongly, and increase revenue. We wanted to maintain a distinct culture while scaling and not losing sight of our core values of high quality design, relationship-building, and sharing culture through architecture and design."
